Set user preference for group
The Set user preference for group snap-in sets the status of users within a group to either active or away. This operation is available in the Workflow Builder after the snap-in is activated, allowing efficient management of user preferences.
Installing the Set user preference for group

Install the Set user preference for group from the DevRev marketplace.

Select the dev org to install the snap-in, confirm installation, and click Deploy snap-in.

Open the Workflow Builder and locate the Set User Preference For Group action node.

Select the users you want to set as online in the Users input field, along with the group they belong to in the Group. Remaining group members are automatically set as offline.
