Conversation reminder

The Conversation Reminder Snap-in is designed to automatically send a notification to the customer who initiated the conversation if it remains in "Waiting on User" stage for an extended period, as defined in the configured time settings. The notification message sent to the customer can be customized during the installation of the Snap-in, allowing for tailored communication according to specific requirements.

Installing the auto parts to conversation snap-in

  1. In DevRev, go to Settings > Snap-ins and click Explore Marketplace in the top-right corner.
  2. In the DevRev marketplace, find Conversation reminder and click Install.
  3. In DevRev, make necessary changes in configuration click Save and click Deploy.
