Troubleshooting

DevRev's workflow engine provides you detailed information for your workflow executions so you can debug what is happening and what went wrong.

Workflow runs

1. Go to the workflow under settings page you want to troubleshoot.

2. Click the Runs tab at the top of workflow canvas.

3. You see a list of runs, with their timestamp, execution time, and the status.

   If you don't see your latest run, click the refresh button on the top right of the runs view table.

4. Click the run. The workflow overview of that specific run is shown.

5. Click any of the nodes to see the input values and the output values of that particular step.

   Click the star button to get an AI-generated actionable explanation of the error.
