Why gr•ai•ce?
The rising tide of AI has left no industry unaffected. As a result, professionals across industries are educating themselves on how best to leverage AI in their jobs. While there is no dearth of conversation within high tech circles, the same cannot be said for the vast majority of the workforce – including professionals in customer support, sales development, account management, technical support, and many more.
Women are the workforce participants most acutely impacted by these technological advances. It is time to address this head on. We at DevRev envision a workforce that partners hand-in-hand with AI tools, resulting in people and teams that are more empowered and resilient as a result of this partnership.
With gr·ai·ce, we are creating a vibrant community that empowers women to lead in AI innovation and adoption, champions diversity in AI, and fosters lifelong learning, ultimately advancing careers and empowering them to play an influential role in shaping the future of our workplaces, communities, and society as a whole.
