Airdrop HubSpot

Fixed a bug where certain HubSpot updates were missed if multiple API pages of changes existed.

Airdrop Salesforce Service Cloud

Salesforce Service Cloud Airdrop now creates custom stages in DevRev that match those in Salesforce Service for work items. Previously, imported work item stages had to be mapped to DevRev’s native stages.

Airdrop Zendesk

Fixed a bug where user mentions made in DevRev, synced to Zendesk, and then synced back to DevRev were overwritten with an ID. For example, @username → don.

Android app

  • Enhanced the mobile app to intelligently suggest relevant parts when creating a new ticket or issue.

  • Introduced an all-new navigation experience featuring a floating tab bar design.

Customer Portal

Sharing articles just got easier! Article URLs on the customer portal have been simplified, allowing you and your customers to share articles seamlessly without encountering access errors. You can copy the link directly from the portal or, as a DevRev user, go to the specific article page and click on the share icon to copy the link.

Email Composer

  • The reply-to field is now visible in the Email Viewer, improving users' ability to monitor and troubleshoot email communications within the DevRev app.

  • A new Show Original Email button in the Email Viewer lets users easily view the complete email thread in an expanded modal, enhancing transparency and context in email communications.

  • Easily add your personal signature directly from the email composer with the new Add Signature button, streamlining email personalization and professionalism.

Email Integration

  • Email thread continuity is now maintained even if prefixes like Fwd, Re, or words in [ ] or ## are added to the subject, whether automatically by the email client or manually by any email member, ensuring a smoother and more consistent ticketing experience.

  • Navigate effortlessly to the first and last messages in a ticket with the new up and down arrows in the Customer Messages tab, enhancing your ability to quickly review customer communications.

Knowledge Base Management

The article view has been enhanced with improved sorting and filtering features, allowing for better organization and access to articles based on various attributes.

  • Enhanced notification preferences, allowing customization of email and mobile push notifications for each type of update.

  • Notification preferences now include the ability to customize behavior specifically for customer messages.

  • Fixed a bug that was preventing notifications from being delivered to select users.

Simplified the process of mentioning colleagues. Using @ in the message composer now automatically suggests active chat participants.

Vista sharing

We are excited to announce new features that enhance flexibility and control over how views are shared and accessed within your organization.

Key features:

  • Share views with groups: Share views with internal groups with viewer or editor access directly from the sharing modal, in addition to sharing with individual users.

  • Organization-wide access: Make certain views available to everyone in your organization either while creating them or by updating them later with the Anyone in the organization toggle on the view saving and sharing modals.

  • Better access control: Only users with view or edit permissions will be able to access a view. Views cannot be accessed via URL or link without proper permissions.

Fixed a bug that caused incorrect formatting of URLs in comments.
