Automatically links or creates customers for ticket reporters
Enriches the Reported By field with customer or creates a new customer if the email is not a customer of the account.
The Reported By Enricher snap-in updates the Reported By field on ticket creation when an email is entered in a custom field. It checks if the email belongs to an existing customer in the configured account. If it does, it assigns the Reported By field to that customer; if not, it creates a new customer with the email and assigns the field to the new customer.Features
