This snap-in works as a connector with Glean, the enterprise search platform. It indexes DevRev objects into Glean, enabling them to be searched using filters and keywords. The snap-in runs on a timed schedule and incrementally indexes DevRev objects. During each scheduled run, the snap-in intelligently identifies objects that have not been indexed yet or have been updated since their last indexing. Once an object is loaded into Glean, it becomes discoverable through the platform. Ensure the Glean dataset specified in the snap-in's configuration does not already exist or contains no object definitions, as these would be overwritten with the definitions for DevRev objects.Features
- Objects supported Configure which DevRev objects should be indexed into Glean, such as tickets, issues, accounts, external users, articles, and others.
- Filtering Object type, keywords, and stock fields can be used as filters on Glean out of the box.
- Custom field filtering Configure which custom fields should be displayed as filters on Glean's UI.
