- Automatically create an issue in DevRev triggered by custom incident actions in PagerDuty.
- Populate alerts with custom firing details for comprehensive incident tracking.
- Set the owner as the assigned person in PagerDuty for efficient issue management. If no assigned person is found, default owner wil be used
- Add incident and PagerDuty tags as configurable options in the integration settings.
