CX Agent Prefill Forms screenshot

Add structured, prefilled forms to your CX agent.

CX Agent Prefill Forms creates structured input forms that your CX agent can trigger at the right moment. It pre-populates fields from information the customer already shared, then lets them complete

CX Agent Prefill Forms helps teams add guided, structured data collection to a CX agent in Devrev. Describe the form you need – such as an address update, product registration, eligibility check, or account-information request – and the skill creates a workflow that presents the form in the customer conversation. It configures the agent with both a workflow skill and natural-language guidance, so the agent knows when to show the form and how to pass available details into it. The skill pre-fills only values explicitly provided by the customer or retrieved from an approved data source. It does not guess missing information. Customers complete the remaining required fields directly in the form, improving accuracy and reducing repetitive back-and-forth. The generated workflow starts in Draft. An administrator reviews the workflow and publishes it in DevRev before it becomes active. The skill does not store or bundle credentials.

Feature highlights

  • Conversation-aware prefill – Extracts values already shared by the customer and maps them into the form.
  • Structured input workflow – Creates the form workflow with agent trigger, context handling, form display, and response output.
  • Intent-based triggering – Adds natural-language guidance so the CX agent invokes the form for the correct requests.
  • Configurable field types – Supports text, numbers, dates, booleans, enums, rich text, IDs, and multi-value fields.
  • Safe data collection – Leaves unknown values empty rather than inventing or inferring them.
  • Administrator review – Creates the workflow in Draft so your team controls review and activation.
