About the role
We're looking for a versatile designer with exceptional craft who can jump into any creative challenge and elevate it. Brand campaign one week, event toolkit the next, presentation system the week after – you're comfortable with all of it and brilliant at most of it.
This isn't a production role. You'll own art direction on projects, shape visual language for campaigns, and set a quality standard that pulls the team upward. You'll work with minimal oversight and your judgment will be trusted.
You'll join a team of designers in Bengaluru and work closely with creative leadership in London. The role is based in our Bengaluru office.
What you'll do
- Produce outstanding brand and campaign work
Designing across the full range of creative studio output, your work is consistently excellent regardless of the medium or deadline. - Own art direction on projects
You won't wait for someone to tell you how it should look. You'll develop the visual approach, present it with conviction, and push it to a level that surprises people. Your creative judgment is the reason projects succeed. - Raise the quality bar
Your craft is visible. You influence the designers around you, not by managing them, but by producing work they want to match. - Work across every touchpoint
Brand campaigns. Web pages. Sales decks. Event signage. Social content. Presentation templates. You bring the same quality to everything and enjoy the variety.
What you'll bring
- Experience & portfolio
5-7 years of professional design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates range and craft across brand, digital, and print. We want to see strong fundamentals – typography, layout, colour, composition – applied to a variety of outputs. - Craft excellence
Deep typographic sensibility. Strong compositional instinct. An eye for detail that extends to final production. Your work looks as good printed on a poster as it does in a Figma file. - Creative confidence
You develop and defend creative direction, and present work with clarity and conviction. - Brand instinct
You understand how brand systems work. You can extend an identity into a new context and make it feel natural. You know the difference between being on-brand and being safe.
Technical skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma (required)
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (required)
- Apple Keynote and Google Slides proficiency (required)
- Motion design (After Effects) is a bonus
- Deep knowledge of typography, layout, and colour theory
