How teams are using Computer

What changes when AI actually works. See how teams across support, engineering, sales, and product use Computer to close tickets, ship faster, win deals, and create better work.

INTRODUCTION

Why Computer is different

Most AI tools at work sit in a tab. You ask them something, they hand something back, and the next time you show up they have forgotten everything. You start over, every single time. Computer does not work that way.

Computer is built on one idea: shared memory makes AI work. Not faster search, not a chatbot with a better personality, but a living, compounding picture of how your organization thinks and operates. It captures what is in your connected systems, and it captures the daily interactions between humans and AI that no system of record ever tracked before.

Built for the enterprise, it is one governed platform that connects your data, secures your AI, and gives every team trusted answers and real actions at scale. The longer you use it, the better it gets. It compounds.

WHAT MAKES IT WORK

Three things no other platform does together

Computer pulls off organizational intelligence because it combines efficiency, precision, and safety in a single governed system.

EFFICIENCY

Shared memory that compounds

Memory works at three layers. Personal: every session picks up where the last one ended, with no re-explaining. Team: when one person finds a great playbook, the whole team gets it, so skills spread, not just information. Organizational: institutional knowledge stays in the system even when people leave.

PRECISION

Answers from your real data

Every response is grounded in your actual business data, not a guess or a generic internet summary. Your accounts, tickets, revenue, and product usage. Ask an analytical question and you get a real answer with traced reasoning, no data analyst needed.

SAFETY

AI within your boundaries

Bring Computer into a shared session and everyone works from the same context and history. Through the Computer canvas you can generate decks, QBR reports, dashboards, and workflows, all grounded in real data, all traceable, all reversible. Your team stays in the driver's seat.

FOUR PATTERNS OF WORK

How teams are already working this way

Each pattern shows Computer not as a feature you enable, but as a shift in how work actually gets done.

THE EXECUTION ENGINE

Support, success, and operations

A ticket comes in, Computer surfaces the context, drafts the response, and updates the record. The agent reviews, approves, and moves on. What took an hour takes minutes, and what took five tabs takes one. Support teams do not ask Computer questions, they send it to work.

THE RESEARCH TOOL

Engineering, product, and IT

Ask which API handles a case, how an integration behaves in production, or what a cryptic error really means, and get an answer grounded in your actual systems rather than a generic thread. When the answer is genuinely unclear, Computer tells you that too.

THE STRATEGIC ANALYST

Sales, RevOps, and finance

Ask which accounts are at risk or why deals stall in a segment, and intelligence that used to take a week to compile surfaces in a single conversation. The shift is from data that sits in systems to data that drives decisions in real time.

THE CREATIVE COLLABORATOR

Design, product management, and comms

Iterate on copy until the tone lands, draft onboarding that sounds human, and run a product review as a live back-and-forth where Computer holds the whole thread. It pushes back when something is not working and keeps going until the work is done.

PRIVACY & METHODOLOGY

Built without using any customer data

None of the insights, quotes, or usage patterns in this report came from individual customer data, conversations, or account information. No customer conversations were read, analyzed, or referenced.

The methodology is inspired by Clio, Anthropic's privacy-preserving analysis system. Rather than reading individual conversations, a multi-stage automated pipeline extracts abstracted facets, clusters them semantically with minimum user thresholds, describes each cluster, and builds hierarchies with a final check that confirms no identifying information made it through.

The patterns here come from aggregated, anonymized behavioral archetypes, and the customer quotes are representative composites. It is privacy by architecture, not by policy.
