Changes you make in DevRev for tickets, comments, and threads can be pushed back to Zoho Desk, so both systems stay consistent. Connection uses OAuth 2.0 client credentials scoped to your Zoho data center and organization. ## Features - Bidirectional ticket conversations Ticket updates, comments, and threads can sync from Zoho Desk into DevRev and flow back to Zoho Desk when you change them in DevRev, so agents see the same conversation in both places. - Broad desk and knowledge coverage Sync departments, accounts, contacts, agents, tickets, threads, attachments, and knowledge base categories and articles, along with supporting reference data such as roles, profiles, and tags where modeled in the connector. - Secure OAuth connection Authenticate with OAuth 2.0 client credentials for Zoho Desk, including configurable region and organization so tokens match your Zoho data center and Desk organization. - Flexible article visibility Configure whether imported articles follow original Zoho Desk permissions or are treated as organization-wide content, with an optional path for externally scoped article import when your use case requires it. - Time-scoped synchronization Runs support time-scoped syncs so you can align imports and updates with the periods that matter for reporting and operations.
