Snap-in that automatically creates sub-parts under the main part whenever an account transitions to Closed Won. The snap-in enables the automatic creation of parts (a feature and an enhancement) with the details of the Account under the part that is given in the configuration (Ex:CSS: Customer Implementation part) whenever an account's forecast state changes to Closed Won.
How to use the snap-in
- Fill the configurations (that is Select the part under which the sub-parts need to be created) and deploy the snap-in.
- After deploying the snap-in, whenever the account gets created or updated with the Forecast Category as Closed Won, the snap-in gets triggered.
- Then a feature gets created and linked to the selected main part and an enhancement gets created and linked to the newly created feature.
- The created parts will include information such as the name, description, and the owners sourced from the account.
